Shipping Policy

For local delivery, we are using Singpost’s SmartPac services which comes with a tracking number. We will not be held liable if the item is lost during the mailing process or the given address stated in the purchase order contain error(s).
Singpost’s SmartPac takes on average of 2-3 working days on non-festive periods to 3-4 working days on festive periods. SmartPac parcels will be deposited into recipient's letterbox if no one is available to receive it during first delivery attempt. When delivered to letterbox, postman’s signature on the delivery note is deemed as proof of delivery. For International Delivery, our preferred shipping carrier is DHL. However, we reserve the right to use other shipping carriers if need to. It will take an average of 3-8 working days for your items to be delivered to you. However, our shipping estimates are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day or be received by you within a specific period. The amount of time it takes for you to receive a product will depend on how long it takes us to process your order and how long it takes the carrier to deliver the order to you once it is shipped.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. All items must be shipped to a valid street address.

Shipping charges are based upon the amount of products which you have purchased upon Checkout. Three(3) purchases or more gives you free shipping*.
